This hack is so simple that a teenager can do it. So adults, don’t be scared to let the teenagers that you know know about this hack, or secret, or whatever you want to call it when you tell them about it. After all, some of them are graduating from high school this summer and leaving for college in the fall.
They could benefit from some of these life hacks too. So, don’t be stingy with your knowledge, share it with them. At least you will know that when you share this one, they know how to keep a glass top stove clean without scratching it all up.

DIY – Glass Stove Cleaner
Have a messy, crusty glass stove top? This works and there’s no bad chemicals!
First, fill a bowl with hot tap water and mix it with some dish soap. Submerge the rag in the bowl to get it wet. Apply baking soda in a generous amount all over your stove top. Now pull that hot soapy rag out of the bowl and squeeze half the water out.
You want it to be soggy, not sopping. Lay it across the stove. Then wait about 15 minutes…once the time is up swirl the rag around in circles, using the baking soda paste as a gentle scrub. Then dry up the surface and shine it with a cloth.
Good as new!! You can also leave the rag on for longer, depending on how bad it is. Get it to sparkle & shine by spritzing the surface with a little bit of vinegar, and wipe clean.
